Minister of Economy Naftali Bennett, who was CEO of the company for three months in 2009, and other senior employees of Soluto could earn up to $600,000 each from the sale of the Tel Aviv start-up Soluto to Asurion Corp. for $100 million.
The company, which develops software to help people correct problems in Windows, has raised $20 million to date.
Bessemer Venture Partners, which will be the main beneficiary of the sale, is making $23 million, followed by Giza Venture Capital, which will make $19-20 million, Index Ventures , making $14-15 million, and Proxima Ventures Ltd. will make $11 million.
Dvir and Green, who left the company to found another start-up, will each make $10.5 million from the sale.
