Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Herzliya: A 90-sq.m. 3.5-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Shmuel Hanagid St. was sold for NIS 1.8 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Habanim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.05 million. A 125-sq.m., 4.5-room, third floor mini-penthouse with an elevator and parking on Anafa St. was sold for NIS 2 million. A 90-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Haba'al Shem Tov St. was sold for NIS 1.5 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Kfar Saba: A 60-sq.m. two-room, third floor apartment pm Yehezkel St. in the city's eastern neighborhood was sold for NIS 910,000. A partly renovated 132-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment on Levona St. in the city's eastern neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.47 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Hod Hasharon: A 131-sq.m. five-room, sixth floor apartment with a 19-sq.m. balcony with a storage, room, elevator and parking on Hastav St. in the Magdiel neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.11 million. A 96-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with a 10-sq.m. balcony, storage room and parking on Ben-Gamla St. was sold for NIS 1.68 million. A 156-sq.m., five-room, 19th floor apartment with a 42-sq.m. balcony, parking and a storage room on Ephraim Katzir St. in the 1200 neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.81 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Hadera: A 137-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with a balcony, storage room but no elevator on Haeshel St. in Beit Eliezer was sold for NIS 960,000. A 96-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with no elevator on Hativat Harel st. in the Shimshon neighborhood was sold for NIS 640,000. A 160-sq.m., six-room, house on a 250-sq.m. lot with two parking spaces and a storage room on Gush Halav St. in the Nissan neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.86 million (RE/MAX-Miktzoanim).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 40-sq.m, 2.5-room, ground floor apartment with no parking on Arnon Street was leased for NIS 3,500 per month. A 75-sq.m., three-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Harechesim St. was leased for NIS 4,000 per month (RE/MAX-Focus). A 25-sq.m. one-room, first floor apartment with no parking and no elevator on Arlozorov St. was leased for NIS 2,200 per month (Tevel Properties).
Modi'in-Maccabim: A 90-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with a 6-sq.m. balcony with parking but no elevator was leased for NIS 4,000.
