Globes' new registration procedure is designed to enable us to give you smoother, faster service.
Login is now made simpler: it requires e-mail address and password only. The e-mail address serves as your user name, with no need for any additional ID. Users who have in the past registered under several user names with the same e-mail address can now rationalize these as one registration.

Registered users
1. If you already a registered user of Globes Online, please enter your e-mail address and password.
2. If you have a Globes cookie on your computer, the system will automatically present the address as recorded on the cookie, as follows:
Please check that the address is correct, and if not, retype it.
3. If you have forgotten your password, please
click here
and it will be sent to you by e-mail.
4. If you simply want to enter the services requiring registration, click "Login". If you wish to change registration details such as your e-mail address, click "Update details".
5. If you have not already done so, you will now be asked to validate your e-mail address. The message
"Attention! An e-mail message is now being sent to you with your registration details..."
will appear.
E-mail validation is meant to ensure that, for example, newsletters to which you subscribe will reach you, and to keep our database clean of erroneous addresses. It is a once only process. Next time you wish to login, you will be able to do so simply by entering your e-mail address and password without further ado.
The validation process is as follows:
"Go to your e-mail inbox, where you should find a message similar to the following:
"Copy the password and validation code to the registration screen, and click "Login" or "Update details".
6. If you do not receive the message, please check the e-mail address you have entered.
New users
7. Please enter your e-mail address. As mentioned above, the e-mail address also serves as your user name.
8. Type a password. Any password is acceptable.
9. Click the "New user" box
10. Click "Login"
11. On the screen that now appears, retype your password.
12. You will now be asked to validate your e-mail address. Go to step 5.
Troubleshooting and frequently asked questions
I entered my e-mail address and password, but have received no e-mail message for validation of my address.
Ensure that you entered your e-mail address correctly, without commas or spaces for example. If you still receive no e-mail message, please contact us and we will investigate. Click

I received the validation message, but the system refuses to accept the validation code when I try to enter it.
Check that you have copied the validation code accurately, with no spaces at the beginning or end. Ensure also that you enter the password as sent to you in the validation message.
I had several registrations. What happens to them now?
All registrations that include the same e-mail address will be consolidated into a single registration. If you have not yet validated your e-mail address, you can obtain the password for each registration by clicking "Forgotten password".
I have several registrations to the Globes site, each with a different e-mail address. Will they be consolidated?
